I'm need to know the right way to hook up aquas bd pkayer, computer ,5.2sony reciever , tv and my hard drive up? All HDMI but
 
Solution
There are different options.
1. Connect the BD player and computer to the TV with HDMI. Connect the HD to the TV with USB. Connect the optical audio out of the TV to the receiver. This allows you the option of not using the surround sound and still getting sound from the TV speaker. Downside is that you will not get the best sound on BD discs or some files this way.
2. Connect the BD player and computer to the receiver with HDMI. Connect the receiver to the TV with HDMI. If your receiver and TV both have ARC then your will not need any additional connections. If your receiver has a USB port that will support the HD then connect it to the receiver. If not connect the HD to the TV and add an optical audio cable from the TV to...

You don't mention if you use the internal tuner in the TV. If you do you will need a connection (ARC or optical) to get the audio from the TV to the receiver.
