How to make my 4 towers home theatre working with the tv, since I connected everything and only 2 front towers working only, not the 2 rear ones and as well the centre not working, only the 2 front along with the subwoofer is working perfectly

Only 2, cause the TV output is stereo, while the home theatre requires 5.1 input for 5.1 output.

for connecting both front and back inputs in the home theatre. This way you'd get sound from the back speakers too (although same sound as front).

You don't provide enough information to be positive what the problem is. Have you gone through the set up on the surround receiver. The speaker menu requires you to select which speakers are connected and if they are capable of bass reproduction. If you have a mic with the receiver that will do the job for you. If you did do this then try a different surround mode. For example with TV if you set the mode to "auto" you will get 5.1 channels with Dolby Digital programs and 2.0 for stereo programs. If you leave the surround mode in "Dolby" you will get 5.1 Dolby digital on those programs and Dolby ProLogic 5.1 on stereo programs. Not all the channels play all the time but the centre should be on almost all the time.
