Question Honor band 4 calories accuracy

Hello,

I have a Huawei Honor Band 4. Please see the attached print screen of my 1 hour indoor football game.

I believe the tracking is wrong regarding calories because on average a 1 hour session burns 600-800 calories, doing my research. Mine states 244 which seems excessively low.

Anyone know if this is the device or just me? I've left it to track automatically and also tracked it as outside running, same low results.
