Looking at the pictures here, your receiver has two Tape inputs, and one CD input (red / white). Yellow jacks are for video only, your receiver is audio only.

Get a 3.5mm - to - RCA cable [uel=https/www.amazon.com/AIFFECT-Stereo-Premium-Auxiliary-Adapter/dp/B01GZRMO5A/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1476323149&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=3.5mm+to+RCA+cable&psc=1]like this one[/url]. Connect 3.5mm into TV' headphones output, red/white to eg Tape 1 "Play In".

As for buzzing - do you get same buzz when you plug the 3.5mm into your phone?

Model number of the TV would help.
If you do get sound on the CD input but with a buzz you can use a 3-2 ground lifter on the AC cord of the Fisher to break the ground loop causing the buzz.
It could also be caused by your cable system if you have one. An isolator like this one works for that

You could also use an audio ground isolator
