Solved! Hooking up Android Box to Pioneer receiver

I have a MXQ pro android box that works great on my Smart TV but would like to put the sound through my Pioneer VSX-82-K receiver so I would have surround sound. Please let me know how to hook it up and what cable to use. Thanking you in advance, Don

Does your specific MXQ Pro (there's quite a few different models) have a S/PDIF? That can be run to the soundbar, provided you have the input on the soundbar.

Alternatively, a lot of the time you can run the box to the soundbar via HDMI, and then the bar to the TV, again, via HDMI.

It has a spdif outlet. Is that a Optical Sound outlet? Can I hook from there to my optical assignable inlet on my Pioneer receiver? Thanks, Don
