Solution
Hey, when you give someone a hotspot or internet to use then your speed of internet in shared between devices.
It can be possible that the device with you shared your internet has better cellular bands as compared to your mobile.
you must have noticed sometimes that two mobiles at the same location with the same cellular network don't give the same speed. It is only because of different cellular bands in mobiles.
