Question how can i boot using my usb ?

hello, i have a HP laptop and i cant install a new windows ,i have disabled secure boot and enabled boot from usb and still doesnt appear in the boot menu, please offer any help thanks

how did you make the usb? what version of windows?
exact model of this HP?

i used (Rufus 3.13) to burn the iso file windows 10 into the usb

laptop version is (HP laptop 15-da3002nx)

If you use the media creation tool from MS, you don't need to use Rufus.

the problem is , i cant even find the usb in the boot options ? is it related to Rufus or something ? cuz i used it many times before on my pc , but i cant see it on my laptop

If not seeing the USB drive at all, it could be that it is defective or incompatible with your laptop. USB drives can and do fail. There are also some wonky incompatibilities with some devices where a drive won't work with some devices, but seem fine with other.

Do you have another USB drive to try?
