You can't. No drivers for it.
You need a BT transmitter that connects to the audio output of the TV.
If you are trying to send audio to the TV then you could try using a BT receiver connected to one of the analog audio inputs. It might not work without a video signal so you would need to run an active composite video cable from a source so the TV will detect it and allow you to select that input.
