How can I connect my Goodmans soundbar to my LG Smart TV?

I need help to connect my sounbar. IT does not have optical or HDMI connections just the red and white RCA. Can I find something to convert this into an optical connection?

do i need tune the tv into digital and analogue.. only in digital at the mo..

the tv has coux input is that the right one?
