How can I connect my Logitech X-540 surround sound to my FHD2400 monitor using HDMI?

I use my monitor as my Tv. I have it hooked up to the cable box and my surround sound and it works fine. Now I want to play my FireStick through the HDMI port on the monitor, but I can't figure out how to connect the Logitech surround sound to the monitor. Any help would be appreciated.

You don't, the x540 connects to your pc's soundcard 3.5mm ports.

I had these little nice speakers too. Loved them. But it only have 3 * analogue 3.5mm connections to pc card (as said above). But HDMI is a digital signal. So it won't work. You need a different speaker setup. You could try to buy different analogue to hdmi converters, but this will may work or not and make things complicated and expensive. Just consider to buy different speaker with the right connections you need.
