How can I connect my phone's Netflix account to my Element TV

HDMI cable? A Netflix account isn't associated with a device. So if you don't have a Netflix app on your TV you would have to use an HDMI cable from your phone (acting as the Netflix app).

that or get some kind of streaming device to get the netflix app. roku/apple tv/fire stick/etc.

all you should have to do is log into netflix from whatever device you get that has the app.
