How can i do a Desktop Processor Swap from AMD to Intel?

I have a Asus m11bb amd desktop that i purchased a few years ago. I want to do a Amd to Intel swap, I have a EVGA gtx 960 gpu which i will keep for rig(unless i should upgrade) but my processor cannot keep up for streaming. What are the steps and products i should be doing and looking for? i know i will definitely need to get a new mother board for the processor which will be a I7 4790k, what would i need to do to make this happen? I also plan on upgrading the Ram and maybe switch over to a ssd as well with a new motherboard but i need to figure out what is good and compatible,

I'll be using it to stream and game, but as well as video and photo editing. Budget is probably gonna be around5-700 but that's mostly for the mother board and processor seeing as I'm upgrading a current pc.

How does this look? The 6700 is nearly the same price as the 4790K (finally!).

I put in the high end aftermarket cooler because the stock cooler that the 6700 comes with doesn't have enough power to cool the i7 at full loads (which I'm assuming you'll be doing with your rig.)

I have already upgraded the psu with a corsair 750 so I should be fine with that. Thanks so much for the response I got a motherboard ordered in,I purchased a Mai z97a gaming 6 as recommended from a buddy, I'm also still debating be tween the 6700 and 4790k
