How can I get my Acer 5517 cursor unfrozen.w

I've tried clicking Fn F7. But that does not work. I've shut it down, but that does not work. Do you think it has anything to do with Windex? I just cleaned the computer and The keys and pad?.

Have you tried using an external mouse? And did it only stop working after you cleaned it, or did you drop it?
