Question How can I get my laptop to go on

The laptop keyboard keeps flicking but once I press the power button, it still won't go on. I have a HP ZBook.

Could be a bad motherboard, maybe screen. What exactly happens once you hit the power button? Does it turn on, light up keyboard then shut down?
