I accidentally deleted my pictures on my Motorola phone how can I get them back?

You might need to root the phone then download Root File Explorer to see inside the system. However, if they were stored on the SD Card or an external SD Card that shouldn't be necessary. First, use your existing File Manager to see if you find the folder Lost.dir - it's Androids's equivalent to Windows Recycle Bin.

The biggest difficulty here is that modern Motorola devices are a law unto themselves when compared to normal Android setups.
