How can I hook up a lg65ef9500 tv to my bose 321 series lll sound system to my Samsung UBD k8500 blueray.

I haven't look at the specs of your gear, but
- connect BD player to TV over HDMI (video)
- connect BD player to Bose over optical (audio)
- connect TV audio out to Bose for when you watch TV
