How can I move over to my external memory. Samsung admire

How can I move apps, music, ect. over to my external memory on my Samsung Admire? My phone is warning me of critically low storage and that other apps may be compromised do to lack there of. I have 14GB of available external space and I can't figure out how to move it over, and its not giving me any options to do so either.

What is happening is that your phone is running out of internal memory space. Since you have an Android, you can move some of you files over to your SD card (your external memory).
1. Go to where all your apps are.
2. Copy your music, and photos/videos (under DCIM).
3. Paste them in folders on your SD card.
4. ?????
5. Profit.
