Question How can I remove this notification from my home screen?

Hello,

I have a T-Mobile cell phone running Android 10. At the top of my home screen is a notification that new app updates are available, and it won't go away. This notification appears even when there are no app updates available. How can I remove this notification from my home screen?

Have you tried dismissing it? Also, it seems sus that it says Android Setup, considering the Google Play Store should be saying that and after inital setup, it should be deleted anyways, atleast on the newer Androids.
