Solved! How can I renable my laptop back to login screen

My laptop wont go to the login screen and it stays stuck on the Dell computer screen when it says Dell on the screen. So what should I do to bypass this do can get back to my login screen.

Dell screen is probably just the bios screen. the HDD might be failing/failed.
