How can I reset my explore page on Instagram?

I don't like the spams and all that stuff. Is their a way to get rid of the "inappropriate instagramers" pics?

You can try to log out, close the app, go into application manager, and delete your cache and/or local content if you are on your phone.

The explore page is based on what you do, so if you dont want to see that, dont look at it in the first place.

Well I actually use instagram alot. What you wanna do is go ahead and like posts that you do like. Make sure they have tags or something. Now the ones you dont like block and at some point the recommendations would fix up.
