How can i reset my hdd password

If it's 'Security Hard Drive Locked' i.e HD password via the BIOS setup, & u've forgotten the password... nothing could unlock this so I ended up buying a new hard drive.

Netbook: Acer Inspire One ZG5
Locked HD: WD 160GB SATA 2.5"

UBCD Ultimate boot cd download it free It has all kinds of utilities such as removing hdd passwords

I very much doubt this will work for a BIOS locked hard drive?

I have used it successfully before if you have a usb connecter for another pc it works best.. It does work
