How can i retrieve contacts that has been deleted

I deleted all my contacts from my pho e before backing up

Without a backup you can't get them back. Go through your text messages and you can probably get them through just remembering who you talked to about what.

If you had them saved to cloud storage, your Gmail account or your service provider account, the contacts there will get pulled down when you logon to your account on the phone.
