How can i retrieve the pics that i cant view while using my phone

I took pics with my phone but they where saved in my sd card but now i cant view /open them i need help of how can i retrieve them

You can change the default location for the photos in the photo app, you can use File Manager to browse to the SD card and look for a DCIM folder where your pictures should be or connect the card to a computer and look there.
