How can I set a Samsung Galaxy S4 tablet to default to the SD card?

I have looked at previous answers but they don't work for a galaxy 4. Thank you.

That depends on what you are trying to do. Many apps won't install to the SD card if that is what you are trying to do. The procedures in the sticky post should work for all Android devices with maybe a setting or option being in a different place or have a different name.
