how can I set up my bluetooth so she has set to a Samsung soundbar

need help connecting my headphones wireless to bluetooth Samsung soundbar. I don't have an option to look at these headphones is there any other way to connect wireless headphones to my bluetooth sound bar

Your soundbar is designed to connect to a phone and receive audio via bluetooth not send it to headphones. You can add a bluetooth transmitter to your TV and that would allow your headphones to receive audio from it.
