How can I stop the strange sounds coming from my computer?

My computer, starting today, has started making strange sounds like those listed in the link below. I couldn't find anything downloaded in the Programs and Features on my computer. I ran CCleaner and still nothing was done. Task manager doesn't show anything running but itself. I have no clue what to do at this point and really need help.

Hi It sounds like you may have a program running in the background. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and select task manager and look for any background processes that may cause this problem.

absolutely makes me think virus/malware. Have you tried running all the standard stuff? Malwarebytes? Super Anti Spyware? ADW cleaner? CCleaner? HitmanPro? I would honestly run them all.
