I am assuming you bought them used? Well, you can try restarting the phones. Often the prior carrier's/service provider's name/logo is in the start up sequence.

If you can't find it there, then you will have to ask the person you purchased them from.

You will need to know though, so you can know what providers you can actually use it with as some use CDMA and some use GSM. Whichever the phone is set to (and not it can't be changed to the other one) is the only type you can use it with. So you would need a service provider using the same CDMA/GSM.
