How can I use my Proscan TV remote for the Proscan soundbar?

I bought a Proscan PLDED6535-UHD-D television and a Proscan PSB350BT 2.0CH Wireless Soundbar. Each have separate remote controls. Neither instruction manual is very helpful. Is there a way to operate the soundbar using the TV remote?
