Solution
The dedicated graphics card in your laptop has it's own amount of VRAM. There is no way to increase this. Your computer will automatically allocate system memory for any necessary additional RAM needs.

Dedicated memory are fixed, soldered on the graphic card. And very difficult up grade on your own from hardware level. In term of software, you don’t need to assign it, it works in a tiered system so it will use vram first, if it needs more then, It automatically use your system ram so you don’t have to do configure anything.
