How do I change my ringtone on the updated Skype?

I just updated my Skype account on my computer and lost the custom ringtone and notification sound I gave it before.

While I was expecting this, and still have the custom .WAV files I had before, I can't seem to find a way to reassign it back onto my account again.

Does anyone know what I need to do?

Your updated Skype - is it "classic" or "metro" version?

You can (still) download Classic version, and un-install "metro" one.

Both, Alabalcho, as I don't know what either of those mean.

What do I need to do to get my sounds reassigned?

"Metro" application is the one you install thru Microsoft store. It does not have menu bar, you configure it thru the "..." button.
"Classing" application is the one you download from Skype.com, and explicitly select "Classic". It has menu bar with Connection, Tools, Call etc.

Although visually they started looking the same, they are completely different applications

You made me download and install Classic version - it still has the option to assign custom ring tones to various events.

I'm guessing metro, because there's no toolbar beyond the ellipses.

Sorry, Alabalcho, I thought you had the answer to both versions. I knew how to assign the clips before the update, so I didn't think specifying was necessary.

So - right-click on Start icon, "Apps and features", uninstall Metro app, and download/install Classic app. Next time you're offered "There's an upgrade to Skype", just decline it.
