It might be possible with a USB to Micro USB adapter for the keyboard. If you want to use both a keyboard and a mouse you can get combo USB hub for that purpose. If those don't work, the manufacturer does say that the tablet supports Bluetooth connection, so if all else fails a simple Bluetooth keyboard may be your solution.
