Question how do i connect my jbl headphones to my acer laptop

my headphones are paired but they wont actually connect to my laptop

Need a bit better details, if they are paired to the bluetooth in the laptop they are "connected". Did you set the default audio to the bluetooth in options? If you can't get them to show up in audio devices you can try to update the bluetooth driver from Acer support.
