How do I connect my Westinghouse TV to my yamaha receiver older model receiver

What tv and avr model? What connections do they have, inputs and outputs?

Which would you like to do? Audio? Visual? Or both?

The generic answer is TV audio output to receiver audio input.
If they don't have matching type out and in you will need a converter to connect them.
