How do I connect to the Internet on my laptop?

I have a wireless connection of wzoo3, but it won't let me connect to it on my laptop. How do I resolve this problem?

"Wzoo3"?

I'm guessing there is a nearby wireless network someone named as "Wzoo3". Unless you know the password and add your wireless modem's MAC address to that person's wireless router, there is no way for you to connect.
