How do I download games from my laptop onto my sd card to use on my tablet

I have a tablet that won't let me connect to wifi so I wanted to know if I could download some games for my 2 year old onto the sd card to play on the tablet.

What you could do is download the .apk file, which is the installation file, and put that onto your SD card. That would then allow you to install it onto your tablet as if you had downloaded it there in the first place. This would install it onto you internal storage though. Having games installed on your SD card involves a whole different process.
