How do I download pics from my Samsung Galaxy phone to my desk top computer? I am really not at all techie

Hey - you aren't dumb. It's only sensible people who come to a Forum to ask for help and advice.

If you go to Samsung's website and download their Keis software to your PC, it will handle the transfer.
