It's not the answer you want to hear, but your best bet is to roll back your computer with your windows backup... provided you run your backup. That'll fix it better than anything.

You could try System restore to a previous point.
Start - All programs - System tools - System restore ( then just follow procedure, and when it comes to a System restore point, choose date before you got virus. After you done scan pc for safty. Helped many ppl.
