Question how do i fix my headphones

i have wireless headphones the mic is working and the audio is working well but when im in a call i can hear only the person talking all other sounds are being ignored for example if i play a youtube video for example while im talking to someone there is no audio i can only hear the person talking in skype thanks for the help

It may be the call software is killing the back-ground sounds so you can actually hear the call.
