how do i fix my lonovo think pad?

yesterday i performed a system restore on my lenovo thinkpad but in the process i lost everything including my OS. how can i get it back to working order?

It depends how you want to go about it.

Data Saving Method

Remove hdd,put into another computer,run data recovery software such as ZAR X or Recuva

After Recovering data,format and install back into the thinkpad

Get a windows iso.Go to windows website if you dont have and download,then transfer to thumbdrive or Disc

Using your thinkpad,run the iso and install windows normally.

Fresh start without data.

Do about without recovering data

an operating system wasnt found. try disconnecting any drives that dont contain an operating system.
press ctrl+alt+del to restart

that and accessing the boot option or set up is all i can acess. and i see the lenovo logo once and while. no recovery disks! anything i can do?
