My 50 inch Panasonic viera plasma tv has 4 horizontal lines that disrupt the picture on the bottom half of the tv and I'm completely and utterly dumbfounded on what to do about

Y sus board it hooks to the buffer board that hooks the ribbon cables up left side usually Replace bottom buffer board that will fix problem
