How do I fix this: When I use my mic, people can hear my pc sounds, but not me?

So, I have owned a HyperX cloud ii for about a year now, and recently, I've been skyping some people a lot recently, so I went to skype them today and my audio from the background was playing and my voice wasn't. I've been all over the internet searching for solutions and I've tried as many free ones as I could. Stereo Mix is disabled, I've reinstalled my drivers, I've even tried just unplugging my headphones, restarting computer, and then plugging them back in, and nothing has worked. Please, if someone can help, just tell me, I'll stay tuned.

I used to have the opposite issue, where I have Stereo Mix selected but it would either be silent or still record my microphone. I solved this by downgrading my Skype version to 7.0.0.102

Well I don't think skype is the solution, because it also affects the system sound tests, when setting up the mic.
