how do I get a password for a Toshiba satellite c850d -107 when switching on got a black screen with blue box in middle of sc

Put in wrong disc to reset back to factory settings put disc in for new pc by mistake need password to get started again thank you

I have a satellite l500 and I also have this, and if your describing it correctly, it's a HDD password. Mine was 1234 when it came as default. Could be different on yours. If it dosnt work, contact toshiba. I know their customer service isn't he best, but try calling into a shop.
