how do i get my photos back from my sd card

I took out my sd card and put it back in then when i turned my phone on all my photos went and it says sd card is blank or has unsupported files how do i bring back my photos? Plz help

Hello there!

When you remove your SD card from your phone... you must be sure that the phone is turned OFF. If the phone is ON when you do that, you may damage the SD card (information on it) and may lose part or all of it.
To find your photos you must check:
1) Your SD card and your Phone memory via USB cable (with computer).
2) Search into your google acc and synced apps (like Picasa). Some of the photos may be synced into your acc
3) Try to connect SD card via adapter and search inside.

p.s. Most of the phones autosyncs data from your phone
