Please help me I have deleted my pitchers on my Samsung s4

Use a file browser and look in \.estrongs\recycle they may be there. If not, connect the phone to a computer, when you see the storage for the phone show up in My Computer, you can run a recovery program like Recuva to scan the storage and try to find the files.
