How do I get my pictures back to my gallery from my LG V20 phone

I had to get a new phone same kind but the other was broke they backed everything I got my contacts and every thing else except my photos and I can not figure out how to do it

If the phone won't work, there is no way to get them off of it. You would have to have access to a working device to get the photos. Or you can take it back to the people who changed it all over for you and see if they can do it. Maybe they can. Maybe.
