How do I get my Sanyo sound bar to power on without the remote

I have a sanyo sound bar and I've lost the remote. What's another way to get it turned on? Would it power on if I was to hook it to my TV? The only connection it has is aux in and out and optical in and that's it..

Are there any buttons on the bar? If you say it exact model number, someone might be able to help.

The only way to see whether it will power on is to plug it in, anc check with eg your phone.
