Does the PC restart after the message?
If not you will have to hold the power button for about 10 seconds to shut it down and then you can start back up.

I had luck by kept hitting the F11 button and then a different screen came up, otherwise it would just stay on the completely blue screen and then shut down after about 30 seconds. Wont hurt to try and hit F11 many times, about every second for 20 seconds or so, hopefully another page with options will come up.
