how do I get root access on my galaxy s4 table for rom toolbox

Need it for rom toolbox to work so I can set my apps to default to my sd card

You could try TowelRoot, just google it. If that doesn't work, try to find a zip SuperSU file, and manually install it on your device in recovery mode.
