I am trying to download the drivers i need for my laptop from a smart phone to the laptop how do I do that

Is your laptop able to recognize your phone as a "drive"? If so, download the drivers to your phone into a folder you can access from your pc and simply copy the file from the phone to your laptop.

If your laptop cannot recognize your phone as a storage device, use a friend's pc ( or library ), download the files to that pc and then cut/paste them to a usb drive.

Go to Dell's web site, the phone browser should allow you to save the files to it. Then hook up the phone to the laptop with a USB cable, go to the drive letter it should show in My Computer and look for the downloaded file.
