How do I get videos from my iPhone 6s onto my tv without broadband

I have a SAMSUNG UE40KU6470 but no broadband connection yet. How do I get content from my MacBook Pro and iPhone 6s onto the tv?

or a wireless solution using an Apple TV or a Chromestick to stream from your devices to the TV. You need wifi but not broadband.
